Julian House provides supported accommodation for single homeless people with low-medium support needs, referred by Somerset Council. The aim of the service is to enable residents to develop sufficient independent living skills to move on successfully to either lower support, more appropriate or more permanent accommodation within 6 to 12 months.
What can you expect?
- Supported housing in a shared house
- A dedicated keyworker, who will spend time with you to put a plan together of what you feel you need to recover from homelessness
- Support to access other agency support such as mental health, substance misuse, employment and training
The service is funded through Somerset Council.
