Outreach (Dorset)

We have a dedicated Assertive Outreach Team, including specialist Navigators, who cover all urban and rural parts of Dorset (except Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole). We complete outreach 5 days a week ensuring anyone who has been forced to sleep rough, or is leading a street-based lifestyle, understands the options available to come inside.

What can you expect?

• A visit by Julian House staff to where you are sleeping or spending time on the streets
• Support to make a homeless application or reconnect back home.
• Information on services that provide food, drug/alcohol treatment, mental health support, internet access, clothes etc.
